CONGRATULATIONS

TIM JACKSON IS PRO STOCK DIESEL 4x4 CHAMPION

Tim Jackson from Chardon, Ohio accomplished something this year that has never been done in the Pro Stock Diesel 4x4 Truck Series with USA-EAST.  He won the championship with a non-Dodge truck!!!  In every year since the inception of the class in 2006 the PS Diesel division champion has driven a Dodge with a Cummins engine.  Tim Jackson put an end to that string in 2011.

His ‘Ridin’ Dirty’ GMC is powered by an incredibly powerful 6.6 Duramax V-8 engine.  And Jackson found just the right combination for the 2011 season as he reeled off seven victories against some of strongest Pro Stock trucks from Ohio and Pennsylvania and New York to grab the championship crown.

Jackson started off his season with four wins in a row at New Castle, Burton (hometown), Butler and Cortland.  That set the stage for the season for “Ridin’ Dirty”.  But Tim was not done as he followed that up a month later with a string of three consequetive wins at Pittsfield, Painesville (another hometown win) and Meadville.  That gave the GMC more than enough wins to coast to the USA-EAST point championship in 2011.
