BATH, NEW YORK:  (STEUBEN COUNTY FAIRGROUND) Take Interstate 86 to Bath exit west of Corning, New York.  Exit #38 and turn left at the bottom of the ramp.  Take Route 54 north to third red light you must turn left.  Go left and  go past the Fairground and turn right into the Fairground.  Well marked by signs.  Fairground Phone:  607/776-4801

BEDFORD, PENNSYLVANIA:  (BEDFORD COUNTY FAIRGROUND) From the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Exit #146  go through the toll booths and turn left up the hill.  Go only ¼ mile and turn left on Route 220/I-99 south toward Cumberland, Maryland.  Take US 220/I-99 south to the Bedford Exit.  Fairground will be visible when you are on exit ramp.  Turn left at end of ramp and enter Fairground at first entrance on left.  Fairground Phone:  814/623-9011.

BLOOMSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA:  (BLOOMSBURG FAIR)  Interstate 80 to Exit #232 (Buckhorn).  (Buckhorn T/A at exit ramp).  Go south on Route 42 for two miles – will join with US Route 11 – stay left (north) towards Bloomsburg.   While on ramp you will be able to see the fair on the right.    You will go around the fair and enter through the back gate.  Go through the town of Bloomsburg – go past the fair – do not turn in!!  Low pedestrian overpasses block these entrances.  After first traffic light go two blocks and turn right on Railroad Street.  Travel four blocks to 5th street and turn right again.  Go past some industrial plants (fair is on your right) and enter at GATE 6-B (wide gate – good for big trucks).  Go straight ahead and into the pit area on the infield.  Fairground phone:  570/784-4949.

BROOKVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA:   (JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIRGROUND) Follow Interstate 80 to Exit #81 -  Route 28 north at Hazen.  Go north on Route 28 about 1/2 mile and enter Fairground on the right.

BURTON, OHIO:  (GREAT GEAUGA COUNTY FAIR).  Take the Ohio Turnpike to EXIT # 13A (Ravenna).  Go NORTH on Ohio Route 44 to Route 87 EAST.  At the traffic circle in Burton go fully around the circle to head north out of the town on Chardon-Troy Road – also known at CR 3.  Fairground is on the right.  Go past the Fairground and enter at the north end near the entrance to the Technical College.  Fairground phone:  440/834-1846.

BUTLER (PR0SPECT), PENNSYLVANIA:  (BIG BUTLER FAIR).  US route 422 just 6.5 miles east of I-79 (Exit #99) and west of Butler, PA.  Fair ground on the north side of the highway.  Enter at the far WEST end of the Fairground (west of New Holland dealer) to access the pit area.  Fairground Phone:  724/ 865-2400.

CANFIELD, OHIO:  (CANFIELD FAIR) Interstate 80 to Ohio Route 11 to Canfield exit (south of Youngstown) - After exiting - go straight ahead, this is Fairground Road.  Enter fair on the left.  A holding area will be set up from 11:00am.  You will be able to register and get credentials at that time.  All pullers will be permitted to enter the infield pit area after the harness races are complete - about 4:00pm.  Please plan to arrive early for this event.   All registration will END at 5:30pm sharp - don't arrive after that time.  Fairground phone:  330/533-4107.

CARROLTON, OHIO:  (CARROL COUNTY FAIR) From I-80 at Canfield, Ohio take Route 11 south to Lisbon Exit and Route 154 West.  Follow Route 154 West into Lisbon and get on US Route 30 West.  Route 9 joins US Route 30 at Hanoverton, Ohio.  Now you will follow Ohio Route 9 for fifteen miles directly to Carrolton.  As you begin to enter the town of Carrolton, the Fairground will be on your left.  Turn at first entrance.   Little or NO cell phone service here in years past.

CLEARFIELD, PENNSYLVANIA:  (CLEARFIELD COUNTY FAIR and CLEARFIELD BIG RIGS EXPO)  Take Interstate 80 to Exit #120 at Clearfield.  Take Exit Ramp to Route 322 - Go west toward Clearfield.  Stay on 322 - Cross the river.  This will take you to the rear gate of the Fairground - watch for entrance on the left - in a residential area.  Fairground phone:  814/ 765-4629.

CORTLAND, OHIO:  (TRUMBULL COUNTY FAIR) Follow Ohio Route 11 north of I-80 or south of I-90.  Exit at Route 305 (Cortland) and proceed WEST toward Cortland.  Stay on 305 and watch for signs!!  Go around the large lake to the first traffic light.  Turn right at the light and go north on Hoagland-Blackstub Road.  Fair will be on the left.  Do NOT turn on Everett-Hull Road (Fans Entrance ONLY).  Go to next paved road (Double Lane) on the left and turn here.  Pit entrance will be on the right.  Fairgrounds Phone:  330/ 637-6010.

DAYTON, PENNSYLVANIA:  (DAYTON FAIRGROUND)  From Indiana, PA:.  Go north on Route 119 to Home, PA - bear left on Route 85 to Plumville.  Go through Plumville and Beyer and then watch for Route 839 north - turn right. Proceed about eight miles to the Dayton Fairground on left.  Enter a first entrance - through the arch.   From I-79:   Take Route 422 toward Butler, Pennsylvania and to Kittanning.   Stay on the Kittanning by-pass to the END.  Stay in the right lane and turn right onto Route 85.  Follow Route 85 through Rural Valley to Route 839 North - turn left on Route 839.  Proceed about eight miles to the Dayton Fairground on left.  Enter a first entrance - through the arch.  Cell Phone service is very poor at this location.   Fairground Phone: 814/ 257-8332.

DUNBAR (CONNELLSVILLE), PENNSYLVANIA:  (FAYETTE COUNTY FAIRGROUND)  Exit Pennsylvania Turnpike and/or Interstate 70/76 at New Stanton and travel south on Route 119 toward Uniontown.  Go through the town of Connellsville.  Travel about four miles to Fairground on the left.  Enter at the first entrance and bear left down the hill.  Fairground Phone:  724/628-3360.

FAIRMOUNT CITY, PENNSYLVANIA:  (REDBANK VALLEY PARK)  Follow Route 28 south of Brookville (I-80) for fourteen miles.    Look for sign that says “Redbank Valley Park”.   This is also the Clarion County Fair.  Fairground phone:  814/365-5179.

FONDA, NEW YORK:  (MONTGOMERY COUNTY FAIR // FONDA FAIR)  Follow Interstate 90 (New York State Thruway) to Fonda exit.  After the toll booths, turn left - truck stop on the left.  Stay in the right lane as you go along the river.  Turn right and go across the bridge.  Fairground is on the right.  Enter at first gate and proceed into the infield.  Children under 14 are not permitted in the pit area unless previous special arrangements have been made in advance.  Fairground Phone:  518/853-3313

HEMLOCK, NEW YORK:  (HEMLOCK FAIRGROUND) From I-390 south, take the Lakeville exit ( Rt. 20A, 15). Turn left (south) on Rt. 15.Follow Rt.15 South to Rt.20A East. This will be a left turn at the light in Lakeville. Stay on Rt.20A through Lakeville, Livonia, Livonia Center. At the intersection of Rt.15A & Rt.20A, turn right. You will now be traveling on Routes 15A South & 20A South. It is about 2 miles into the town Of Hemlock.  From I-390 North, Take the Geneseo exit ( RT. 20 A). Turn right ( East on 20 A). Follow Rt. 20 A through Lakeville, Livonia, Livonia Center. At the intersection of Routes 15A and 20A turn right ( a used car dealer is on south side of intersection). HONESDALE, PENNSYLVANIA:  (WAYNE COUNTY FAIRGROUND)  Take the NEW Lackawanna Valley Industrial Highway east from Interstate 81 Exit #186 at Scranton, Pennsylvania.  This joins with US Route 6 East near Carbondale.  Travel US Route 6 into the town of Honesdale.  Turn left of Route 191 North (Main Street).  Go about two miles to the Fairground on the left.  Enter across the small bridge.  Very tight turns here.  Do not miss the fair – there is NO place to turn around for many miles.  Fair grounds Phone:  570/253-2942.

HOOKSTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA:  (HOOKSTOWN FAIRGROUND)  US Route 30 west of Pittsburgh and east of East Liverpool, Ohio.  Take PA Route 168 north at Hookstown.  Go about ¾ mile to Fairground on the left.  Enter at first entrance.  Fairground phone:  724/573-4512.

HORSEHEADS, NEW YORK: (CHEMUNG COUNTY FAIR) Interstate 86 to Grand Central Avenue just west of Elmira.  This is under construction in 2006 and may be very crowded.  Go south and travel about  1.4 miles to fair on the left.  Enter at first available entrance and go past the horse show ring and turn right just past the horse barns.  Park in the infield of the harness track.  Fair phone:  607/734-1203.

MEADVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA:  (CRAWFORD COUNTY FAIR).  Interstate 79 north from Interstate 80 or south from Interstate 90 to Exit #147A (Meadville).  Go East on Route 6/19/322 to Park Avenue Exit.  Get off on Park Avenue and go straight through town for nine blocks.  Turn right on North Street (look for Burger King on right corner)and travel only one block to Route 86 – get in left lane.  Turn left on Route 86 and proceed up long hill to the top.  After cresting the hill go ¾ miles to Leslie Road and turn right.  Go ½ mile to next intersection and turn right into the Fairground.  All pit areas are in the infield of the harness track.  Fairground Phone:  814/333-7400.

MERCER RACEWAY, PENNSYLVANIA Interstate 80 Exit #15 (Mercer).  Take Route 19 north through town - bear right at "Y".  At bottom of hill - make a sharp right onto Fairground (racetrack) road.  Watch for racetrack signs and car wash on the right.  Enter at the PIT entrance.  Phone: 724/ 662-1310.

NEW LEXINGTON, OHIO:  (PERRY COUNTY FAIRGROUND) Follow Interstate 70 west through Zanesville.  Leave I-70 at Exit #132 (Newark/Thornville).  Turn LEFT onto Route 13 South and into the town of Somerset.  At the square (roundabout) in Somerset take the second exit and stay on Route 13 South toward New Lexington.  At the “T” in New Lexington – Turn RIGHT onto Route 37.  Fairgrounds will be on the left within one mile.  Enter at the second gate on the left.  Phone:  724.301.7071 (FPP).

NEW CASTLE, PENNSYLVANIA:  (LAWRENCE COUNTY FAIRGROUND) Follow Interstate 79 north of the Pennsylvania turnpike.  Exit #105 at Slippery Rock exit (Route 108 west).  Go west on PA route 108 about eight miles.  Fairground is on the left.  Enter at second entrance.  Go along side of Fairground and turn left at the back of the facility.  Gate will be manned.  Fairground phone:  724/654-7745

PITTSFIELD, PENNSYLVANIA: (WARREN COUNTY FAIRGROUND) Follow Interstate 79 north of Meadville to Saegartown and route 198 east.  Take PA Route 198 east to Route 19 north.  Follow US Route 19 north to junction with US Route 6.  Turn right and take US Route 6 east (12’6” underpass on this road) through the town of Corry, Pennsylvania.  Fairground is about fifteen miles east of Corry on US Route 6.  Watch for turn to the right.  If you get to the town of Pittsfield,  you have gone too far!!  Fair phone:  814/563-9386.

SMETHPORT, PENNSYLVANIA: (McKEAN COUNTY FAIRGROUND) Fairground is located ¼ mile south of US Route 6 in East Smethport on Route 46.   From Olean, NY (27 miles) – take Exit #26 From I-86 to Route 16 south in Olean.  Turn Left on NY Route 417 and travel to Portville, NY.  Turn Right on Route 305 (this becomes Route 446 at the PA/NY line).  Follow Route 446 to Route 46 and into the town of Smethport.  Route 46 runs concurrent with US Route 6 for a short distance.  In East Smethport turn right (south) on Route 46 to Fairgrounds on the right.  Fair Phone:  814/887-5361.
