HAIRHOGER IS ‘PA POSSE’ CHAMP FOR 2011

Jerry Hairhoger from New Galilee, Pennsylvania has always been ‘one of the ones to beat’ in the open street licensed semi truck division with USA-EAST.  Hairhoger is an original with the “Pennsylvania Posse” a group of extraordinary high-powered semi trucks that are still capable of being driven on the highway.

2011 was the year to shine for the 1973 Kenworth that is named “Gerry-Atricks” partly due to the fact that the driver is just a bit older that the rest of the members of the group that makes up the Posse.  Hairhoger took the season’s crown with a string of eight straight victories to close out the season including the top spot in the USA-EAST finals held at Clearfield, Pennsylvania in mid-September.

“Gerry-Atricks” is powered by a KTA-600 Cummins with 1150 big cubic inches that is tuned to perfection by the crew chief, Jerry Ray Hairhoger, who is also the son of the owner and driver.

Congratulations to Jerry Hairhoger and “Gerry-Atricks”, the 2011 champion in the street licensed semi division with USA-EAST.
