Any truck that misses more than two events (ONE PULL+DROPPED HOOK) will NOT collect any point fund money
- Truck must carry two (2) Cen.Pe.Co. decals – one on each side of the truck.
- Truck must carry two (2) USA-EAST decals – one on each side of the truck.
