2011 CONTINGENCY PROGRAM

            EACH CLASS WINNER:           $   150.00

          EACH CLASS RUNNER-UP:    $   100.00

          EACH THIRD PLACE:              $     50.00

• The owner of the Pro Street Diesel 4x4 Truck must be a customer of South Bend Clutch in order to qualify for any payments through this program in 2011.  This would require the use of a clutch that was purchased either directly from South Bend Clutch or through one of South Bend’s authorized distributors.

• A specific form will be used for this program.  It is the responsibility of the owner of the Pro Street Diesel truck to complete and sign this form and to mail the form to South Bend Clutch.  No payments will be made without the presentation of the proper form.

• No forms will be accepted after OCTOBER 5, 2011.

• All payments will come directly from South Bend Clutch.

• A total of $3000.00 is available to the Pro Street Diesel Trucks for this program in 2011.  Should that amount be exhausted at any time during the season this program will immediately end.

• Each of the USA-EAST Pro Street Diesel 4x4 ‘point events’ will qualify for this program in 2011.
