- Owner of Truck must be a customer of and must have purchased products from the Central Petroleum Company (Cen.Pe.Co.) during the first half of the 2008 calendar year.
(January 1, 2008 through July 31, 2008)
- Truck must carry two (2) Cen.Pe.Co. decals – one on each side of the truck.
- Truck must carry two (2) USA-EAST decals – one on each side of the truck.
