- You must be a customer of Enterprise Engine Performance (EEP) in order to qualify for this contingency program in 2009.
- Your truck must run two EEP stickers (furnished or approved by EEP) – visible from the right and the left side of your truck.
- Each of the listed scheduled pulls with USA-EAST will qualify for this program. These pulls are in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland.
- All payments will come directly from enterprise engine.
- A special form will be used for this program. The form must be mailed to EEP within ten (10) days of the event for qualification.
- Payment amount will be based on the following scale:

- As you purchase more products from EEP in 2009 you level may increase and your payments would also increase.
- All payments will come directly from Enterprise Engine.
- This contingency program has a posted total pay-out of $3000.00 in 2009. Once that total is reached the program will end.
